Ever since I was young, the world has revolved around brands. It pisses me off so much that an mp3 player is no longer good enough unless it has the Apple icon plastered on it. Shoes aren't cool unless they're Vans, Converse, Nike, or Jordans. Why does everything have to be a name brand? What happened to things just being cool because of the way they look, not because of how much more you had to pay for them because they have a name brand stuck to them? I hate that I can buy a really cool guitar or mp3 player and have people say they're not as cool as their's because they lack a famous brand name. Anyways, I just needed to get that out. It's been bugging me for so long. This weekend has been great. I hung out with Jared for most of Saturday and a few hours on Friday night. Today, I went to Wal-Mart to buy my supplies for fashion design. I got some awesome fabric that has little polka dots on it! :D
